This Privacy Policy explains how No Such Games (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use Tiny Block on iOS, Android, Web, and Steam (the “Game”), and when you visit tinyblock.nosuchgames.com.

2. Information we collect
2.1 Information stored on your device
Game progress, worlds, inventory, settings, and a random local player profile are stored on your device. This data stays local unless you choose to sync or share it through a feature we clearly describe later.
2.2 Anonymous installation / session data
To power discovery and procedural content features, the Game may create an anonymous installation identifier and session token, and send limited technical information such as platform name. We do not require an account, email, or real name to play.
2.3 Advertising data (mobile)
On iOS and Android, the Game may show ads through Google AdMob. Advertising partners may collect device identifiers, approximate location derived from IP address, and interaction data needed to serve and measure ads. Where required by law, we ask for consent before personalized advertising.
2.4 Technical and diagnostics data
We may collect crash logs, performance metrics, app version, device type, OS version, language, and similar technical information to keep the Game stable and fix bugs.
2.5 Information you send us
If you email us, we receive the content of your message and your email address so we can respond.

5. Children’s privacy
Tiny Block is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
6. Your choices
- Reset or delete local game data from your device or by reinstalling the Game
- Manage ad personalization in iOS/Android settings or through in-app consent prompts where shown
- Limit ad tracking / opt out of personalized ads using system controls
- Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you
7. Data retention
Local game data remains on your device until you delete it. Server-side anonymous identifiers and related records are kept only as long as needed to operate discovery features, prevent abuse, and meet legal requirements, then deleted or aggregated.
8. International transfers
Our service providers and advertising partners may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or your consent.
9. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Game after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
